We take on all kinds of construction work, including formwork, steel fixing, carpentry, masonry, plastering and painting.
Do you work outside Selfoss?
Yes. We are based in Selfoss and take on work in Reykjavík and anywhere in Iceland.
Do you bring your own tools?
Yes. Crews bring their own tools and a work vehicle. Extra equipment is agreed before work starts.
Are you a registered company with a VAT number?
Yes. EU.EST.BYG ehf. is a registered private limited company, company ID 620425-0790, VAT number 156835. Every job is invoiced.
How is the work priced?
Work is charged by the hour. Normal hours and overtime are kept separate, and the terms are set out in writing before the job starts. Crews work ten hours a day Monday to Friday, and eight on Saturdays when needed.
